I find it strange and alarming that authorities would allow this boy to walk free back into his parent’s custody if they so chose to do it. Never mind his family and the public being placed at grave danger. That shouldn’t even be an option, as easily as this child can be set off. The parents missed a lot of signals in the past, but have enough sense to now keep him out of the family home. He’s too sick, and probably always will be for an unsupervised family setting.

It is strange. And even stranger is how the family said “No Thanks” to the idea of him coming back home.

They probably know that GrandPa (or whoever) will be next.
