MIT professor and Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber will testify on Capitol Hill Tuesday about his role in selling the 2010 healthcare law to "stupid American voters" through deception and non-transparency. The hearing will be held by the House Oversight Committee and Gruber will have to field questions from Chairman Darrell Issa and angry lawmakers about the legislation.
Gruber became infamous just a few weeks ago after a Philadelphia financial consultant and citizen blogger started pulling and publishing multiple video clips of him at various events discussing Obamacare. During those events, Gruber admitted the redistribution of wealth in the legislation was purposely covered up along with the fact that Obamacare is indeed a tax.

I really hope they (congress) DO NOT TAKE THIS DIRECTION in questioning. They must first establish that he was a “major architect” of the law and go from there.
A simple “sales” position allows him to weasel out; and he won’t give up the ultimate ^Sales Manager^ who directed him to manipulate the truth of the product.
Not coincidentally, CIA torture report to blow him off the front pages.
We will find out now how well Gruber can dance.
So , he gets questioned and what will come of it? Barry has tyrannically changed and modified an illegitimate law multiple times with no reaction from congress. So why bother talking to this thief? IF CONGRESS WATCHED THE MONEY they disperse this liberal thief would not be able to milk the government for millions and then laugh about how stupid the public is. The PUBLIC is not stupid...the blame lies with those elected who are supposed to be stewards of public funds...but alas all they strive for is how they can get a chance to further pilfer the treasury...it’s that simple. All this dog and pony show will do is give the public another topic to gnash their teeth at with no change coming from the continued debacle.
Well that explains why the senate Demorats are releasing theit CIA report today.
All of Gruber’s comments caught on tape validated what the opposition knew all along. That’s it. To my knowledge, Gruber did not do anything illegal.
The ACA was voted on and signed into law.
Unfortunately, nothing will happen to Gruber and nothing will change the ACA unless it’s repealed.
My question is where was the opp research during the 2012 campaign? Alot of Gruber’s video gems were before the 2012 election.
Maybe the GOP knew in 2012 about Gruber and his comments, but Gruber also has his fingerprints on Romneycare, so they stayed away.
It is an intricate web they all seem to weave.
Elijah Cummings is stating now that this hearing is a kangaroo court and only being done to embarrass Obama.
Cummings said that Mitt Romney praised Gruber for his expertise on Romney Care.

Mitt Romney is scum,too. The last presidential election was the worst example of “choice” I have seen in my life;neither of the men should have been allowed anywhere near the presidency.
