If you sign up for Denver college professor Charles Angeletti's American Civilization class, be forewarned that you're going to have to recite his invective-filled 'New Pledge' -- and according to some of his students, also be ready to swallow a big helping of his politics.
Angeletti, who teaches at Metropolitan State University of Denver, has students learn an anti-American spoof of the Pledge of Allegiance that denounces the U.S. as a Republican-controlled bastion of injustice, all while spewing his own far-left brand of politics, according to current and former students.

Is there a picture of this imbecile?
BLANKET PARTY!!.....
Grab the Bunk Adapters too.
Mr. Angeletti is no more then a century out of his ancestral home.
No reason he can’t head back there. Probably still knows a few peeps.
The rest of us who have a vested interest in being here...won’t miss him.
Just don’t question the left’s patriotism!
Anybody know where this ***hole is originally from? He has to be some kind of “high tech” foreigner imported to the U.S. by the commie ‘RATS.
That’s what Michael Stanley Dukakis said in a 1988 “debate” with the hapless GHWB: “Of course, the vice-president’s questioning my patriotism.” Then GHWB began to apologize.
I pledge allegiance to and wrap myself in the flag of the United States Against Anything Un-American, reads Angeletti’s version. And to the Republicans for which it stands, two nations, under Jesus, rich against poor, with curtailed liberty and justice for all except blacks, homosexuals, women who want abortions, Communists, welfare queens, treehuggers, feminazis, illegal immigrants, children of illegal immigrants, and you, if you don’t watch your step.
That’s about what I expected.
Doesn’t this jackwagon realize that the FIRST pledge of allegence was actually created BY a PROGRESSIVE in the so called “Progressive Era”?????
I would hand this moron a mirror....
Love it or leave it.
But if you don't love it and can't leave it, just don't vote.
Thanks.

We all realize, don’t we, that Professor Moonbat is reveling in the fact that he has been called out by his enemies at Fox News? This is major validation for him.

The Pledge of Allegiance was written in August 1892 by Francis Bellamy (18551931), who was a Baptist minister, a Christian socialist,[5][6] and the cousin of socialist utopian novelist Edward Bellamy (18501898).
Swearing of the Pledge is accompanied by a salute. An early version of the salute, adopted in 1892, was known as the Bellamy salute. It started with the hand outstretched toward the flag, palm down, and ended with the palm up. Because of the similarity between the Bellamy salute and the Nazi salute, developed later, the United States Congress instituted the hand-over-the-heart gesture as the salute to be rendered by civilians during the Pledge of Allegiance and the national anthem in the United States, instead of the Bellamy salute. Removal of the Bellamy salute occurred on December 22, 1942, when Congress amended the Flag Code language first passed into law on June 22, 1942.
I used to support defending the pledge, but now a days I realize it is nothign more than a socialist indoctrination “TOOL” created by a Socialist in the Progressive Era....
The face is the face of a miserable and unhappy and morbidly obese man. The attire is a pathetic attempt at being hip that might have worked in the 1960s but today is an epic fail. The glasses are so 1980s. The hairstyle might have looked hip in the 1970s but looks absurd and dated today. And finally, he looks like he just came back from 24 hours at a gay bathouse where he had been giving blow jobs to everyone there to the point he was exhausted and had to rest.
