I would like to see the Baltics get together and establish an air force - as in one fighter squadron. Right now, NATO fighter squadrons take turns patrolling Baltic skies. But do the Baltics really want to depend upon Norwegian or Dutch pilots if things go bad?

I don’t know about Dutch and Norwegians but I heard Air Force in Switzerland is unionized.
They once had a situation required to scramble some jets but all the pilots refused because it was weekend and they also spend maximal hours per week as mandated by their labor laws.

a small country with people that aren’t liberal freaks. very conservative. the people were friendly and the beer was good. the food was meh... and many of the ladies are tall and thin. they seem to prize intelligence and are business minded (those i dealt with).
and with 25% of their population russian... the threat of a russian invasion is real.
