The US Supreme Court has scheduled a ruling on competing State lawsuits on this important specific aspect of the ACA aka Obamacare.
Supposedly, they have decided to decide in June 2015.
I have no idea why it will take so long to decide such a simple question.
Given the written law, the history of the bill, the continuing measurable damage ongoing, and last but by no means least, Gruber’s many videos stating the clear intent of the written law!
Tuesday's Congressional hearings should pound that home, again and again! Perhaps we can get an expedited ruling,after the hearings, so the populations of the 36 States who refused to buy into the Federal power grab can avoid the messy undoing of unconstitutional tax penalties and/or repayments of illegal government tax subsidies? I won't hold my breathe.
