A man who had been arrested 31 times pretty much knew the drill. He chose to resist. The grand jusry saw nothing amiss.

I don’t care what Krauthammer thinks...he is wrong. The samy yardstick used to measure Ferguson is the same one to use here: the grand jusry saw all the evidence and you me them everyone else did not.

Why do we allow a bunch of rabble rousers, coomies and leftists to take our cherished justice system and pervert it to a “if you are white you are automaticly guilty” scenario? Where you have to have ironclad proof that a “minority” was 100% guilty and their death was an unavoidable event?

Why do we allow them to rejectt he grand jury findings and reinvent the “facts” to fit their demands? Hands up...really? I can’t breathe...Yah?

You want justice? try honoring the truth.

There's a difference in the two cases. In Ferguson, the police were doing exactly what I'd want them to do to keep the community safe. In Staten Island, the police were doing the dirty work for the out-of-control taxman, and the inevitable results of that tax.

Another issue is are police trained to deal with the disabled? This guy was an obvious candidate for respiratory issues. Anyone trained in disabilities wouldn't do anything at all that might affect his breathing.

” I don’t care what Krauthammer thinks...he is wrong.”

I think he was trying to pander to people like Juan Williams and not be thought of as “racist” because he’d been so rational in the Brown case. Just look at the NYC takedown. Police procedure requires an obstreperous suspect who’s physically resisting arrest to be subdued quickly with minimum risk to the suspect and the officers. If that didn’t mean the kind of takedown that occurred here, I’d like the oh so brilliant Charles to describe what he’d have done if he’d been ordered to make the arrest.
