The guy was obese, and had medical problems. He should have quickly surrendered. He didn’t.
The guy was huge. Anyone trained at all in dealing with disabilities would know he's a candidate for respiratory issues, and not have done anything that might affect his breathing. Anyone authorized to use force should be trained to recognize disabilities.
This case is not like the others. It's way too many people working for the taxman taking down a disabled man who wouldn't be selling "loosies" except for an unjust tax that disproportionatly affects those who can least afford it.
He would have died anyway. It was his time. If only he had been submissive to the Crown, he would still be alive today.
Breaking up fights, arguing with police, resisting arrest, arrested 30 times... maybe someone with diabetes, heart disease, asthma and obesity should have chosen a different line of work.
