So the author is now complaining that employees are being required to take fitness exams along with blood tests or effectively be fined or fired. Not just for illegal drugs, but just because of ACA.

How about attacking the ACA act instead since it is the reason for these intrusions. What next? A requirement that you be implanted with a tracker that records alcohol consumption, where you go, etc all under the guise of improving your health?

The problem is both with the EEOC and ACA. The big problem is that various sessions of Congress and various presidents have created these bureaucratic nightmares that are unaccountable to the voter, yet pass regulations that carry the full weight of the law. These agencies should not be allowed to implement these regulations without a vote from Congress on the regulations and signed by the president.

Also, no one should be exempt from any laws passed by Congress, especially congressmen and their staff.
