Yep, must be a big surprise they were only filmed. To put some girls on an underwater ship must be one of the most idiotic idea in a history of naval warfare.
Damn straight. We are going to put an end to this nonsense of men wanting to look at naked women. It's gone on for far too long and must be ended.

Being something of a psychic, even 40 years ago I could have predicted that naked young women in their teens and 20s, on a United States Navy submarine at sea, would result in some sort of problem for someone.
Just a big misunderstanding....it was done out of an abundance of precaution to make sure they were qualified to use the facilities properly...

I think you got it right. What you have said is actually a primary reason why these minor incidents got such a publicity.
