Well, it’s not Spanish. Some call it “Spanglish.” G. Gordon Liddy said CA maids speak “Guacamole.”
I saw a book in a Palm Springs bookstore: Maid Spanish. It gave phonetic translations of “wash the floor,” “stop flirting with my husband,” and “don’t throw my silk dress in the washing machine,” etc etc.
