I don’t know what to think of this matter, I have seen the video, but there is so much more relevant information which has not been released. Like this fellow’s specific medical history.
But, ignoring all that, and just supposing that a reckless endangerment charge had been submitted, and that the grand jury said no to all other charges, and yes to reckless endangerment, does anyone think the public protests would be any different?

The medical history for Eric Garner seems to be leaking out.
I honestly think that he should have been ticketed and that alone.
They knew his name, where he lived, next of kin, etc, etc, as he had already been arrested before for selling loosies - so there was no reason why they couldn’t have just given him a ticket and be done with it - like they will do for those caught with small amounts of marijuana.
A guest on CNN (a law enforcement officer) said that this came down to “quality of life” police enforcement.
