Two bucks each tangled by the antlers in the same nylon rope were pulling against each other until a game warden came up with a clever solution.
A Texas game warden came to the rescue of two bucks that were trapped in an unusual wayboth deer had their antlers tangled in the same nylon rope and were pulling against each other around the pole of a clothesline in the backyard of someones house.
The unidentified Texas game warden in Comal County used a clever strategy to free the animals, which were thrashing about with their survival in jeopardy:
The Texas game warden strategically drove his vehicle up to the clothesline pole, climbed atop the hood of his vehicle so I dont get gored, and reached down and cut the nylon rope to set the two bucks free.
The deer then ran off no worse for wear.
Nice job warden, wrote one commenter on the Texas Parks and Wildlife YouTube channel.
Above and beyond! Good job, wrote another.

Far from clever.
More clever would be for them to be in my freezer right now.
If I found two bucks in that condition I would take it as a sigh from G_D. Get that BBQ fired up and lets eat!
Well, the ram provided by God that Abraham sacrificed in place of his son was snared in the brush by his horns....
Pretty cool video. Nice job!
Showed more wisdom than the current occupier of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Kinda like a ram tangled in a bush...
A couple mornings ago, I had to look twice to believe what I was seeing-a man was pushing a shopping cart down the sidewalk with a dead (I had to assume-LOL) deer in it. Guessing he was going to have some road kill venison for his freezer. Sure hoping he just kept the shopping cart, too.
Interesting story - incredibly bad writing.
