Talk radio host and author of "The Liberty Amendments" argued that President Obama's summit on the events in Ferguson was more about promoting leftism than about helping people in the inner city on Monday.

The summit can only lead to one thing....another commission....where you pay twelve people $100,000 each to serve for a year, with travel allowances, and a secretary each....to wrote up fifty nifty things to fix/solve racism in America. And? Most all will involve some kind of program, some funding, and a cost borne down upon the tax payer....with marginal success predicted for each.

It’s an amazing thing...we can project out the President’s entire script now....kinda like World Federated Wrestling, and describe each scenario, with winners and losers, and the projected chaos that will or will not occur.

One way to solve racism in America is to make it a federal crime to be a racist politician.

One small change to the Civil Rights Act , that anyone who promotes racism as a duly elected representative or appointee
to any state or federal office, who engages in racist politics
shall be deemed to violate the civil rights of his or her constituants or, the People, and shall be sentenced to life in prison or death, if found guilty in a court of competent jurisdiction.

a racist politician

The definition would be the difficult task, as with any bill or statute for that matter, there are as many ways around the law as there are ways to put one into law.

The law of unintended consequences is always lurking within and without the law, so for me atleast the fewer laws needed, the better, sort of like the ten commandments, the Bill of Rights (10)

Too much law and we are already there, is and can be oppressive, counterproductive and limiting of our freedom.

Thus John Adams statement: Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

The definition would be the difficult task>>>>>>>>>>>>

Not really, judges and jurys handle tasks which are just as complex. Look at the RICO statute for example.

Essentially what Sharpton is doing is raketeering and influence peddling using racism.

No problem defining racist politics by statement , imprication ,raketeering or influence peddling. Its done all the time.

People like Sharpton , Holder, and the present Dark Lord should be behind bars for organizing and inciting race riots in Ferguson. They violated the Civil Rights of the people by causing millions of dollars of destruction through riot, looting and arson.
