It appears the NFL does NOT “respect and understand the concerns of all individuals who have expressed views” on the Michael Sam situation.
The NFL is ....glorifying criminals and bad behavior choices..they need to redirect before even the serious dedicated fans drop off..What’s left out there that political correctness hasn’t destroyed..

I have boycotted basketball since DR. J left, football for about 10 years now, that leaves baseball and I am still holding on for now.
