Corpus Christi is beautiful!!!Are you my long lost sister, onyx? I think our views on nearly everything are in perfect harmony. I love that city! It's far enough away from Dallas to seem like it's "somewhere else" (it even has HEB stores which aren't up here) but close enough to get there in a day's drive. Landry's on the T-bar is a favorite as is Mustang Island, the Lexington, the aquarium, Rockport...and I could go on and on. Yes, it's a beautiful place and the canals are like Venice.

I always thought it ironic when Dennis Prager once joked about having spoken at the Corpus Christi Jewish Community Center.

I know that's not Venice, Italy...and probably not Venice, CA...either.
But it=s that Venice, FL, or Louisiana?
