And that may be generally correct. A serious injury will raise some eyebrows, but since injuries happen anyhow, it will be discounted. What will really rile the natives is when one of the "transgendered girls" turns out to have a bit of talent, and his team wins three consecutive state basketball championships, there not being any 6'10" legitimate girls who can check him. Pick your scenario for any other sport in which size and strength matter.

Yep, all of this is inevitable. I think the locker room will be a real issue before anything else though. From what I have heard, homosexual males are prone to strutting their “stuff”.
