Britain will be forced to pay benefits to even more migrants under EU plans to be fought over in a politically explosive court case. Officials in Brussels last night confirmed that the European Commission is taking legal action to make Britain lift existing restrictions that prevent some migrants claiming child benefit and child tax credit in the UK. The news comes just days after David Cameron pledged to cut handouts in a bid to reduce soaring immigration. The case at Europes highest court will further anger the public and politicians who have called on the Government to tighten up Britains generous welfare system and make the country a less attractive destination for would-be immigrants

Maybe Britain should withdraw from the EU and start bombing Brussels - but, I guess, that would be a bit extreme...

Good morning!
Had a “lorry” driver decide that he knew oh so much more about my jobsite than either my coworker or myself.
So for six hours he railed at us about how his load was supposed to be to us on the 21st, but his dispatcher said the 29th was good, so he was here now...

Can anyone tell me what exactly the EU can do to enforce any legal action re more handouts to the “gimmee free stuff” crowd?
To: moose07
Bammy must consider us part of the EU. More benefits to ILLEGALS is his motto.

Who benefits from this insanity? It harms England and all Englishmen. It harms the immigrants who are turned into idle wards of the state. It harms western civilization. It even harms the Third World. There is only one logical explanation I can see:

I believe the destruction of the UK is the ultimate goal of the EU commission at this time. With the UK ruined there is no-one to stand in the way of their goal of total socialist power.

What power of enforcement? Why, the EU will send England a sternly worded letter. Seriously, I don’t see how they can force England to do anything if the English themselves refuse to implement it.
