This looks like an emotionally, mentally, or educationally challenged or handicapped group of children, likely some with issues. That being the case, you will see problematic behaviors among them on occasion.

Off hand, based on the behavior of the kid who was being emotionally abusive towards the smaller kid, I’d say that the former kid is mentally and emotionally challenged. In short, there is something wrong with that kid that is likely unfixable. It’s very possible that whatever is wrong with that kid was due to the mother’s drug use while pregnant with said kid. Not the kid’s fault, but a difficult situation for anybody who has to deal with the behavior.

Yeah, concur. Something is wrong with the big one. Probably the rest, too, only they’re quiet.

Looks like there were some special needs kids. That is probably why the adults were trying to be careful with him.

So?...Why should children ( other students) be forced to deal with behavior that would be difficult even for highly trained and experienced professionals.

Honestly...It is child abuse to place children into school environments situations that would win an adult ( at work) millions in court?
