I have to admit, most British actors tend to pull off the southern accent much better than American non-southerners do. Not sure why that is.

Actually is because there is a lot of similarities in certain english accents and the southern ones, while north there was more influence from germany and dutch in the early colonial days.

The south was very much settled early by primary english folk from england.

What difference does it make? The zombies are totally unrealistic anyway. Everyone knows that real zombies mumble “Hooooope Chaaaaange Hoooooope Chaaaaange” while they are shambling around anyway.

That's interesting. I have noticed that the old aristocratic southern accents of places like Charleston, Savannah, parts of the black belt of Alabama and Mississippi, tend to pronounce certain words in a manner that almost sounds British. One word that comes to mind is the pronunciation of “butter.” It seems that the southern dialect I am referring to and some variants of British both pronounce the word without the “er” on the end; it's more like “ah”. Buttah.

Simple. Look at the crime stats for any 'hood' and you will see they eat their own. Instant population/'diversity' reduction.

Like 95% of the actors on this show are portraying zombies. I’m pretty sure that in reality zombies make up much less than that, probably no more than 47% of the population. This is clearly a case of aliveasicism!
