“Any idea how many vehicles the Los Angeles Police Department has on the road? That is going to blow a huge hole in their budget!”

That’s all right LA and Sacramento will just make up the short fall with increased taxes. Bohica /s

The DemoRats running and destroying Taxifornia continue with the support of the liberal electorate. They just keep voting them back in -— and we watch our state wasting away. The state is finished.

Guess they haven’t emptied the state yet.

The high taxes and regulatory burdens in California will end up driving businesses and tax paying individuals from the state. California will soon look like a Latin American country with a huge underclass of immigrants legal and illegal and a handful of the uber rich Holywood and Nancy Pelosi types and no middle class.

JimRob, I fear this is what we get for allowing all the
other states to send their rejects here for the easy
welfare payments for way too long.

Glad I don’t live in California. Of course, this nonsense will probably spread to other states eventually.

Them "Happy Cows" gonna be turning out some "gourmet" cheese.

All they really want is the collections mechanism in place then they could start at a penny a gallon and it would be fine for their purposes - another tax on something everybody needs.

Any “emergency”, any “need” and they raise the tax. Like the income tax was only supposed to apply to the very rich.

Sneaky little rats.
