Obama is an incompetent CinC but historically, all CinCs have messed uup the military.
JFKs and LBJs Vietnam war led to the ROEs (rules of engagement). In Vietnam, we had to do ridiculous things to make it "fair".
This vietnam vet is still pissed 40+ years later...

Very similar to Obama's input in Ferguson. Obama directed the process of creating chaos and fear. How do we know? Holder's his right hand man - - Holder reflected Obama’s true position.
If you want to know how the company CEO "really" feels when he's talking - look at the face of his first in command. That person will show the true emotions...
