Have you EVER known the Government to do ANYTHING expeditiously? The House has to investigate, compile all materials from the investigation and then have a Trial. If they vote to Impeach, then it is a long process transferring the “evidence” for Impeachment to the Senate. Then the Senate debates on whether or not to “convict” with a 2/3 vote.
