Maryland “Freak State” PING!
A couple years ago, I crossed the Hatem bridge with a trailer. Even though I had an annual pass, I got charged full fare because of the small trailer. They emaed back and said the cost and the increase were to charge me, who never has and never will use the ICC for the ICC.
I drive through white marsh every day. I predict few will use the express lane boondoggle.
