There was an 'old' Dragnet TV show where using a Lie Detector test showed that the possible suspect was telling the truth in the case of a murder investigation.

It allowed the investigating officers to advance the investigation to other 'leads' in the case.

This 'Dragnet episode' aired today on ME TV.

Certainly, the Science of using Lie Detectors must have advance quite a bit in the past 40 years.

There are multiple people to interview.

Rather than the FBI trying to LYNCH Officer Darren Wilson, maybe finding out what the TRUTH really is should be the first step.

It might allow Officer Darren Wilson and Saint Louis County in Missouri to resume normal lives without having neighborhoods going up in flames.

I am hoping this might get enough visibility that this line of thought is pursued.

I know it should not be in the news categories I have listed it, but I honestly believe this might bring peace to Ferguson, St. Louis County, and rest of our great country.

Way past lie detectors IMO. The chapter is closed. The GJ spoke.

As for the politics of it, no amount of evidence is going to change their minds or soften their hearts. They want to demonize Wilson and, by extension cops, and by further extension whites. They want someone to blame for their (self-induced) troubles.

Hopefully they will grow weary of the pretense and go on to some other idiotic scams. If they go too far there will be backlash and that then they’ll REALLY have something to cry about.

There will be no trial so no reason to admit the polygraph results as evidence, assuming a judge would do so.

The ones that support Wilsons version of events were the ones who didn’t go running to MSNBC with their lawyers for their 15 minutes.

The other ones have skin in the game to keep the fraud going

Ignoring the question of a polygraph’s reliability, I doubt it can distinguish between objective truth telling and a person’s sincere self-delusion of the truth.

If we were to break out the polygraph I’d suggest we start with Barack Obama and then proceed to Eric Holder. Once those two are totally vetted we’ll see where we go from there.

The only way this witness would backtrack and confess by telling the truth is if they was given millions and the federal authorities would put this person in a new life far away from the thugs in Ferguson ghetto who would murder him in a heartbreak. Don’t see Holder wanting any part of that because it would go against their narrative that blacks are being suppressed by white cops. I look for the thugs to begin murdering anyone who they think talked to the police about this case.

There is a reason lie detector tests are not admissible in courts. They won’t prove anything.

The protesters want to lynch a white cop for defending himself. Indisputable evidence of Michael Brown robbing a store and getting physically rough with the store clerk didn’t sway them. Neither did evidence the Michael Brown had reached for the cop’s gun and assaulted the cop. They will not be convinced by a lie detector test.

The quicker the conservatives learn that the facts do not matter to leftists the better.

Ridicule is the most effective weapon to use against them.
These people buying the media and leftist spin, raging and rioting, are being used, and are literal fools. Useful idiots for advancing the leftist agenda.

We should consistently call them such and encourage others to view them as total fools, dangerous fools, violent fools,
poor misinformed idiots, idiots too dangerous to be around, fools to be avoided, fools of their own making. Mix and match as needed.

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering, and it allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them, closing a perceived loophole that allowed someone who told a man to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because he did not actually commit the crime personally.

Lie detectors won’t stop the violence. Most of what transpired had little to do with the death of thug brown. It had to do with race batters futures and manipulation of uneducated pawns of liberals. The something for nothing crowd couldn’t resist an opportunity to act like the animals they are.

If it can be shown that one group or the other is LYING, it might stop the violence.

LOL! We've got a piece-of-cr*p president who's proven to be lying all the time, and the violence increases! The black anarchists are always proven to lie, as the violence increases because that's what they want.

The folks who resort to riot violence have no interest in any facts. They are all emotion no matter what you put in front of them. They’re criminals looking for a reason to blame everyone but themselves for their crappy lives.

Following the time tested liberal strategy of politicians, activists and the liberal media repeating the same lies and canards over and over and over until the sheer mass and magnitude convinces people there must be some truth to what they say.

So, you advocate using an interrogation technique which is inadmissible in court...

It is also a technique which cannot be compelled.

How exactly would this mass lie detector interview process work, and how do you perceive that charges or reconciliation of the facts could be accomplished?

I have taken multiple polygraphs over the years. It is always voluntary. Furthermore, the box can easily be beaten. It is about as reliable as a Ouija board.

Recently I was asked to take one, presumptively voluntarily. The PD were not amused by the Ouija Board analogy and leaned hard. They threatened a court order, an obstruction charge, and even the loss of my library card. I simply walked out.

Its not particularly good tech and cops who rely on it are lazy and unprofessional.
