When Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson left the scene of the fatal shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown, the officer returned to the police station unescorted, washed blood off his hands and placed his recently fired pistol into an evidence bag himself.
Those actions, described in grand jury testimony, violated protocols for handling a crime scene and securing evidence, according to experts in policing procedures and Justice Department documents.
Wilsons movements after the shooting were among a number of police actions in the aftermath of Browns death that experts said were unusual.

You can get an expert to say anything you pay them to say and you can get a corrupt DOJ "document" to do the same thing.
Shill for Sharpton? The Washington Post "journalists" are only toooo happy to do so.
Minimizing the risk of getting a disease.
these people make me sick to my stomach! they are going to do everything possible to help bring federal charges against this man who was only doing his job and defending himself! disgusting!

Even if they actually occurred, NONE of these alleged breaks in protocol have any effect on whether the shooting was justified (which, of course, it was).
It wasn't a crime scene and scenes of line-of-duty police shootings are not treated that way.
At the "scene of the crime", he probably put the gun back into its holster, or at least it didn't do it by itself. Was there was anyone else to do it?
Not like he violated the constitution by legalizing millions of illegal aliens. The print media like the Washington Compost deserves to go bankrupt sooooo badly.
Like the many foundations they have already infected with desease, the evil white priveleged law enforcement is just another part of the deconstruction of America. Just think in our childrens and grand childrens lfetime they will see the laws only applying to them which the ethnic commission will control at thier disgression and to all other ethnic brown and blacks another set of laws that will allow them a free pass because of the color of thier skin and in the name of (social justice)
The main question is, did Officer Wilson follow the tactics, techniques and procedures prescribed by HIS DEPARTMENT? It seems he did.
A crime was committed. It was when Michael Brown attacked the officer.
So you're telling me that he couldn't put it in an evidence bag? Doesn't even make sense.
The most dangerous and destructive people in this country are these so called journalists. This country and its people will never be safe as long as these bottom feeders remain employed

I know it is at odds with the American Way, but there is a reason Mussolini repeated burned down the offices of the communist newspapers on his way to power; they were inciting communist violence, and had to be dealt with.
This goes way beyond a free press; our “media” is the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party, and is tearing this country apart.
The Washington Compost is DC’s answer to the New York Slimes.
“only doing his job”, do you defend them blindly when beating the disabled, homeless, killing of kids, burning of babies in cribs, shooting of dogs............only doing their jobs? Congratulations, you have the mindset to live in a police state. Good, because you are living in a police state.
When are they going to release the results of the toxicology tests on Michael Brown?

Really? ....REALLY? You are equating what officer Wilson did related to this righteous kill with BAD cops doing BAD things?
You really do need to “lighten up, Francis” or, at least, learn to read with discernment and learn to think critically.
yeah, I am not convinced about “righteous kill” obviously. I think the whole thing was handled in a pi88 poor manner from the cop trying to take on two thugs by himself to the demonstrators saying “how do we want him? Dead!” No good guys here.
I would never accuse Wilson of being very intelligent. He went looking for trouble and he found it. Same with MB. He went looking for trouble and he found it. Just think if Wilson had handled it differently, managed to arrest MB, no riots, no hiding, he would still be a cop and MB would still be a low level thug, businesses would still be open. How about that, huh? I suggest you think critically, a skill that’s pretty rare these days.
“I suggest you think critically, a skill thats pretty rare these days”
i suggest you look at the facts of this case...something that is pretty rare these days..
in the 90 seconds it took for this incident to happen i guess you could have handled the situation a lot better? yes he was DOING HIS JOB!
