Not going to happen.
The people have put up with months of nonsense while this investigation nad case was presented and after all the evidence was in and weighed,it was determined nothing existed to charge the officer. Now the people are putting up with riots and looting. I think the people are about fed up. If the Feds try to bring some trumped up bullshit civil rights charge, it is not going to end well.
Must not be getting enough mileage out of this crisis. " never let a good crisis go to waste "
