Johnson’s Attorney, Freeman Bosley, Jr., currently has his law license suspended indefinitely for using client trust money to pay personal expenses. The stories write themselves sometimes!
Thanks for that heads up.

The Missouri Supreme Court suspended the law license of former St. Louis Mayor Freeman Bosley Jr. for mishandling clients money.
The court order Tuesday allows Bosley to apply in six months for his license to be reinstated.
The court found Bosley violated attorney rules regarding conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation and regarding diligence. It further determined he violated rules regarding the commingling of funds, failure to keep proper records, depositing personal funds into a trust account exceeding the value of bank charges and failure to properly deliver client funds.
SO.... the guy who lies and steals has a lawyer who lies and steals ?
He's also as incompetent as "his" president and Attorney General, and should be permanently disbarred (an affirmative action attorney?)What is this crap?
...Johnsons attorney, Freeman Bosley Jr.,, ...wrote "that his clients reported deception has nothing to do with a police officer shooting an unarmed man six times, two times in the head. This is called using excessive force.
No one claimed that it did! Totally irrelevant to the challenge to his veracity as documented in his previous arrest, and failure to appear.
I'm no lawyer, but is a second grader's grasp of total non-sequiturs and irrelevancies normal to expect from a presumably licensed attorney?
I guess that explains the immediate eviction letter I served on Bosley's N. 10th Street office in Dec. 2012.
