It’s sad that these communities do the injustice to themselves through self-segregation. Perhaps if they were to integrate and become members of society at large (the society that respects the law) we wouldn’t have these problems.
As for “care and restraint” I am starting to care less each time riots and such happen. And the only restraint I will have is in restraining myself from going into these type of communities.
I avoid them like the black plague!
We moved out of such a city 2 yrs ago, Memphis, just another Detroit.
Strange what a 22 mile move does for you. Car ins dropped, as did house ins, property taxes, and county taxes.
