Lots of connected dots. This is an integral part of what Obama has been trying to do since he took office. It is part of the Agenda 22, part of Obamacare and part of the federal education plan.
The plan is to create a single first responder Union that is centrally controlled. Small towns and rural areas will lose their local police and be forced to contract with cities to run all the first responders. The small towns and rural areas will help subsidize the high cost of urban first responder benefit packages and will have no control over hiring or promotion. All promotion will be by seniority only, no tests.
The last two years of high school will be made optional, supplemented by two years of public preschool instead. The “at risk students” will be put directly into Union training programs and apprenticeships in such things as health care and first responder jobs. On the job training will replace classroom training and there will be no tests.
What this is about is the federal control of local police departments. They want to organize all the First Responders under a single Union just like they did with the SEIU take over of health care workers and hospitals.

That exchange was about a month ago, tonight, Laura Ingrahm just said the same thing, this is all about creating a single FEDERALIZED police force, taking away control from local small towns and rural areas.
Laura added that they hate small town police.
