Sounds to me like they know they don’t have a case in any court on Wilson...so they’re going to once again Blame the process and individuals and the system itself. Casting doubt NOW for what they intend to do later on in a civil suite if they press for one.
BTW We learned the family knew two weeks out, having been notified, what was coming down with the jury....so this was pretty much show. Even they admitted it along with many of the protesters.
