Why haven’t “they” been out explaining how this is global warming? Could it be they are such true believers that they began believing their own propaganda and didn’t expect to have something contrary to their religion happen?
This should not come as a surprise. Last winter was so cold and this summer so cool that the water did not warm up to its usual temps for this time of the year. This has nothing to do with the global warming nonsense and everything to do with last winter and summer.

The last of the ice on Superior didn’t melt till June 11....
I was out walking our dog yesterday morning (West Texas) and saw 4 huge flocks of geese followed by several more smaller flocks heading south. I’ve not seen flocks this large before. It was an awesome sight. But have to say, I’m not outside watching all the time so I can’t say for sure this hasn’t happened in previous years.
Bookmark my post. If the Lakes freeze over early there won’t be as much snow for the winter. The GWists will then cite this as proof positive that there is global warming.
