I hope these idiots all just go home ... rioting destroys communities, and they frequently don’t recover.
There are sections of Washington, DC that have been virtual wastelands since the 1960s because of race riots. Detroit is probably the most pathological example, but its problems go way beyond just the rioting.
Actually, much of the corridor that was torched in DC in ‘68 has been renovated and become rather chic. Gentrified, you might say.
