This legislation encourages building and industrial development in the U.S. by increasing transparency and reducing delays in the preconstruction permitting process. It requires that EPA provide timely guidance about how to comply with new or revised air quality standards when applying for necessary permits and report to Congress annually about actions the agency is taking to expedite the permitting process. ----------------------- Great! Help us comply with the burden they created. Wouldn't it be easier for them to get out of the way? Washington is so out of touch there is no return.

The congress should immediately reassert its rights and powers as enumerated in the constitution and reclaim the exclusive right to legislative powers. Next, defund and defang the extraconstitutional EPA in entirety. The president and administration have no constitutional power to impose binding regulations on the people.

Have they thought about reducing taxes on business as well as making it desirable for business to exist in the United States?

just the title alone oozes with the pride and arrogance of the natural man: “Bill to Boost Manufacturing and Create More American Jobs.”

no leftist ever spewed the idea of economic “command and control” any better.

“This bill takes critical steps toward cutting red tape, reviving our country’s manufacturing base, and creating tens of thousands of jobs for hard-working Americans.” – House Majority Whip Steve Scalise

What a crock, putting a band-aid on a gunshot wound never works long, if at all.

Abolish the EPA if you want to help

I believe Congress in in recess this week, and will not return until next Monday at the earliest. So how can this bill be voted on this week?
