Woo hoo!! Please keep those donations coming in folks. Let's git 'er done!!

We've got a big fight ahead stopping Obama's desperate scorched earth plan for his last two years, especially now that the GOPe leadership has officially taken a powder and refuse to engage him. It's now up to the grassroots patriots and the conservative tea party members in congress. The democrats and RINOS have us surrounded, so we need to split, no, DOUBLE our forces and efforts and fight in both directions!!

Thank God we have all the guns and we're fighting on God's side. Our God-given Liberty must be defended!!

If not us, who? If not now, when?

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We cannot let it expire on our watch!!

Never give in, never give up, never surrender!!

And now it's mare important than ever that we keep our internet communications channel well funded and in fighting trim!!

Our site is funded solely by contributions made by the liberty loving patriots who enjoy and use it.

We are beholden to no political party.

No advertisers, no outsiders, no sugar daddies, no corporate string pullers.

No commercial ads. No annoying pop-ups. No ad tracking. No mail campaigns. No spam.

Definitely no government subsidies or tax breaks.

We are self-funded, fiercely independent and enjoy our freedom to speak plainly in the support of God, family, country, liberty!!

But we cannot exist without you.

If you have not yet made your donation, today would be an excellent day to do so.

Every donation counts no matter how big or small. If you can donate $5, $10, $20, $100 or more, it would be greatly appreciated.

Your loyal support makes Free Republic possible and your continuing participation makes FR the number one pro-life, pro-family, pro-small government, pro-defense conservative forum on the Net!!

And we're going to need FR now more than ever to combat the current crop of Marxists and progressives who have infested our government and public institutions and who are dead set on destroying the final remnants of our cherished constitution and our precious God-given liberty!!

Please click the secure server link above or donate by mail to: Free Republic - PO Box 9771 - Fresno, CA 93794

Make it a monthly if you can. We have some very generous FReeper sponsors kicking in an extra ten bucks for every new monthly signed up. We already have 33 new monthly donors this quarter.

Or send in a hundred dollars or more per quarter and join I_be_tc's growing list of 300 Club patriots. I_be_tc sends in $100 per quarter and challenges 300 others to do the same. And we have received 164 donations of $100 or more so far this quarter. If we could get 300 FReepers to send in $100 per quarter, these FReepathons would complete much faster.

Send in 25 and help keep freedom alive!!

Thank you all very much!!

God bless.

Making new Thanksgiving family traditions

Do a "Turkey Trot" Run or Walk

Everyone in your family can work up an appetite for your Turkey Day feast by participating in a community walk or run. There's probably a "turkey trot" or two in your area, and the registration funds raised typically benefit a good cause.

Me too. It reminds me of my mother. I cook the same menu she did and keep to the traditional things. Bryan isn’t into low-carb, but I am because I’m Type II. I have changed the recipes to low-carb, and he doesn’t seem to be aware of the difference.

Or he’s just being kind to me, which he is, all the time.

I make a mean zero-sugar cranberry sauce, too.

I’m making my mother’s grape salad in her honour this Thanksgiving. I’ve made it before, but not lately, so this will be nice. Mr. T and I try to eat low-carb most of the time, but this is one holiday when we make some exceptions. Mr. T. will use a sugar substitute for his cranberry sauce, pies and whipped cream. The dressing and gravy will be traditional. We’ll spend the day cooking and sitting in front of the fire, along with watching any football we can find on TV. Mr. T is a great cook.

Red, Network checked out fine. Still going offline too quickly to do anything.

Noted Crossrider-C-PUP, googled it and have just downloaded AdwCleaner, a known remover of it, to a thumb drive and am about to see if it will live up to its promise
