I’m confused as to why you want the state of Wisconsin to create more jobs — unless your point includes both the private and public sectors combined.
FWIW, any job creation is the anomaly especially since 2009 given the unprecedented, sharp decline in national labor participation.
To be forthright, Walker is someone I’d like to in the race for 2016. I realize he’s not Cruz, but neither is the role of the governor to the senator.

Walker promised Wisconsin voters in 2010 that 250k jobs would be created in the state by the end of a Walker administration. Only 104k jobs were created in the state as of September 2014.
I understand that the 250k job creation promise referred to jobs created throughout the state and not state government jobs.
