A crowd gathered Saturday at a Chicago high school named for a Mexican president to rejoice in President Barack Obama's executive action to issue a reprieve for people living in the United States illegally whose children were born here a decision that would shelter 4 million to 5 million from deportation.
Chicago leaders, including Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez, D-Ill., addressed the crowd, most of whom were immigrants, at Benito Juarez Community Academy in Pilsen. Although they praised the president's action, they cautioned that the order was only a first step in immigration reform.
"The hard work now begins," said Emanuel, Obama's former chief of staff. "What the president did was create an opportunity, not a certainty."

"You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before." - Rahm Emanuel
What Obama did was shove blacks to the back of the bus, out the rear door, and into the gutter.
The blind support of the blacks is their own fault. They refused to see him catering to the Mexicans and voted for him anyway just like he knew they would. Guess they will wake up one of these days.
WTF! They are naming schools after Mexican President? The nerve, I wonder if there is a George Washington school in Mexico.
I wonder if the murder stats are about to change in Chicago and Detroit?
What he did was spit on Americans.
That was before Lord Foul put more give me’s into contention for jobs and the federal money pot!

Punk progressives still in “preparation of the battlefield” mode, much like their totalitarian buddies.
Well-said, deweyfrank.
