WASHINGTON D.C. —
Republican Congressman Ted Yoho says his biggest fear about President Obama’s plan for immigration is that he’s acting unilaterally.
“He’s acting outside of the boundaries of the law,” Yoho says. “He’s not following the constitution.”
Yoho says the court system is already behind five years on immigration cases, so they can’t handle millions more at once.
“It’s reckless, and it’s irresponsible,” Yoho says.
He believes the President’s plan would leave the border open for another five years while the government debates security proposals.
“And they’re gonna give you a green card, and you’re home free,” Yoho says.
He says the President should wait until the new Congress comes out with proposals next year. The President has already ignored a bill that would cut off foreign aid to Mexico until the country helps secure the border and stem the flow of immigrants, according to Yoho.
Congressman Yoho is introducing a bill to prevent executive amnesty called the “Executive Amnesty Prevention Act.” The bill (H.R. 5759) attempts to clarify that they executive branch does not have the authority “to exempt categories of person unlawfully present in the U.S. from removal.”
Not all representatives from Northeast Florida are opposed to the President’s plan. Democratic Congresswoman Corrine Brown came out in support. Check back to WOKV.com later to read her comments.

After destroying the best health care system in the world, Obama is determined to grant wide amnesty to foreigners living illegally in U.S. If Obama wants to make the U.S. into another banana republic, it seems he is well underway to reaching his goal.
The Republicans must make it perfectly clear that Obama has declared a merciless war against the American workers and the middle class of America. There are 92 million of able Americans out of the work force because they cannot find employment and Obama wants to legalize and give work permits to over 11 million illegal aliens allowing them to bring here the rest of their families. In other words, another 25 or 30 million that either will compete with Americans and legal immigrants searching for scarce jobs or are going to be added to welfare, bankrupting Medicaid and the food stamp system as well as ruining even more the quality of the public schools with the massive infuse of hundreds of thousands of children without speaking English to already overburdened schools systems.
Blacks are going to be the main collateral victims of Obama’s anti-Black amnesty. Black Americans are already suffering higher unemployment since Obama took power. Obama’s new class of protected immigrants will take over their jobs and Blacks will be forced to share their welfare checks and food stamps with them.
Gruber, Obamacare’s architect called stupid the democratic voters. Obama is granting amnesty lo illegal immigrants based on the assumption that the unemployed American workers are so lazy that they do not want to do the jobs that are being done by alien workers.
