The article estimates somewhere between 18% and 27% of the population has anti-Jewish sentiments. Somewhere around 6% of the population are Muslims. That would imply that anti-Jewish sentiment is shared by 12% to 21% of the non-Muslim population.

Where would you put those non-Muslim anti-Semites on the political spectrum? Left or right?

Left. Just like national socialism is also on the left, in spite of its shallow attempts to pander to certain organized religions during its rise.
