Ferguson, Missouri (CNN) -- The grand jury hearing evidence on the Michael Brown shooting is preparing to meet Friday for what might be its final session, and a decision on whether to charge Officer Darren Wilson could come the same day, law enforcement officials briefed on the plans said.
St. Louis County prosecutors are preparing to present more evidence to the grand jury before starting deliberations, and a decision on an indictment is expected soon after, the law enforcement officials said.
If a decision comes Friday, prosecutors are expected to provide law enforcement with 48 hours notice before making a public announcement, possibly on Sunday. The current plans could still change and prosecutors could shift the planned grand jury session, the officials said.

Gives new meaning to the term “black Friday”.
Just in time to divert media attention away from the illegal action Obama will make tonight.
What a coincidence!!
Will it be a DISTRACTION for Obama or just pile on more? With the next 2 years of Obama the piles will be great
...take...
Just in time to distract the media from the unconstitutional amnesty debacle!
There’s an idea - do it right before the weekend.
Grand jury decision on Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson could come Friday
I thought that for the last couple of weeks, every day was the day it “could” come.
Meanwhile, the tax-dodging, corrupt MSNBC racist Rev. Sharpton is said to have “Spontaneous Demonstrations” ready to go in 25 cities.
Hopey-Changey, folks.
Well, the story is a little more convoluted.
The article says that a 48 lead time was promised. Meaning that if the decision came Friday, that Monday would be the day of the announcment.
It crams everything into Thanksgiving week.
just in time to distract from the illegal amnesty act.
See post 12 for the story at the link.
He might as well paint a bulls eye on anyone who testified against the thug.
But, in the meantime, it's the duty of the MSM to keep fanning the flames and keep up with the nearly hourly updates on how angry we all should be about the fact that every day, in every community, thousands of unarmed teen blacks are gunned down by white police for no reason other than the whites' amusement.
So, stay tuned for our next hourly update on the much anticipated announcement and the ensuing march for justice.
I expect that “48 hour embargo” to last all of about 12 minutes. At any rate, given that the rioters are acting out based on false rumors of what happened, why would they wait for an announcement of what the GJ actually decided?
The 48 hours is a big mistake. Three hours is plenty.
Lots of could be’s here:

Definitely Friday to turn news outlets away from the Obama amnesty speech tonight (Thurs) that we are not going to get on ABCNBCCNNFOXorSeeBS.
“Theres an idea - do it right before the weekend.”
Having the people who work at home to defend their property might be a good thing. The parasites don’t have much of a schedule.
