Like some others that I have seen posting here,
I think they would deny.
Why should 1 of the 3 “co-equal branches” of the federal government
run to 1 of the other 3 “co-equal branches” of the federal government
because they thought 1 of the other 3 “co-equal branches” of the federal government
was not respecting the Constitutional contract?
The Judicial Branch would likely tell the Legislative Branch
that the Constitution provides them with the remedy
for any dispute they may have with the Executive Branch.
