Did this rebuttal establilsh that the DNA excluded Kosminsky as the ripper or just establised that DNA failed to prove that he was the Ripper, thus leaving him as merely a suspect?
I think the DNA has not been cross examined/corroboration to prove without a doubt it was Kozminksi. The articles rebutting were written so poorly too.
