If there is indeed a piece of physical evidence which ties the two people together, it's pretty compelling to me. Not definitive, but compelling. Anyway far more so than "this guy is a butcher so he would have been bloody all the time; therefore he did it."
They actually solved it over a hundred years ago. They basically could not prove it but knew it was the Polish Jew.
They watched him until he was put into an insane asylum. After they started watching him and he went into the asylum, the killings stopped.
Please enlighten. I read that article and it seemed pretty definitive. Was it a hoax?
Thanks
That is actually a myth. The killer did not have exquisite skills, but could have been a simple butcher.
No doubt. Well, as I noted above I've always thought the best suspect was Kosminsky based on Inspector Abilard's investigation and I never heard of the DNA study until just now.
Do you think Sandra Fluke is in danger?
Toooooooo funny! Good one mate.
I think the DNA has not been cross examined/corroboration to prove without a doubt it was Kozminksi. The articles rebutting were written so poorly too.
I guess you are right. http://usvsth3m.com/post/96977532433/are-you-jack-the-ripper-no-and-neithers-aaron
Any speculation as to why the murders stopped?
I thought the original Star Trek solved the case

The problem is that the same DBNA was found on Monica Lewinsksi’s dress.
“The problem is that the same DBNA was found on Monica Lewinsksis dress.’
ERR, thats DNA and not DBNA.
Hmmm..So these crimes aren’t Bush’s or Tea Party’s fault??
One theory involves a popular suspect who was a physician from the U.S. He was in London the entire time the murders occured. He left shortly after the last murder and returned to the States. Once he returned to the states several similar murders occured in the city where he returned to. This timing is what makes some consider him a strong suspect. I can't remember his name but there was other evidence which made him a attractive suspect.
I believe Loch Ness is real... just like Lake Champlain’s Champ.

Or was it Kolchak The Night Stalker?- The Ripper
At the end of October, Robert Anderson asked police surgeon Thomas Bond to give his opinion on the extent of the murderer’s surgical skill and knowledge. Bond’s assessment was based on his own examination of the most extensively mutilated victim and the post mortem notes from the four previous canonical murders.
Bond was strongly opposed to the idea that the murderer possessed any kind of scientific or anatomical knowledge, or even “the technical knowledge of a butcher or horse slaughterer”.
