FAIRBANKS — Former Fairbanks North Star Borough Mayor Jim Whitaker has been picked by Gov.-elect Bill Walker as his chief of staff, according to a news release sent out by Walker’s campaign Wednesday night.

The former mayor’s selection is one of the first official positions to be announced as the independent candidate begins the transition to the governor’s office after Republican Gov. Sean Parnell conceded defeat during the weekend.

So thanks Palin. Whitaker is the RINO the DNC had speak at their convention in 2008.
Some of you had told me that Walker is really the real conservative in the race vs. Parnell. I highly doubt Parnell would ever put this lefty republicant in any position in his administration.
Again, thanks Palin, thanks a lot.

When Palin endorsed McCain it was understandable as a matter of loyalty for her VP nomination, but her frequent choices of moderates in primary elections has me convinced otherwise. When she endorsed RINOs in California (Meg Whitman and Carly Fiorina) running against decent conservatives, that was enough. I concluded she was more a GOPe outlier tasked with keeping conservatives on the reservation than an ideologically committed conservative herself.

That happeneded through her CFR invite, and she found out no one goes anywhere in politics without a nod from the NWO.

Was going to suggest posting this on your state board. Took a peek at your state bored not much activity there. Last posting was 2012. Beside you, hard to determine what local reaction actually is. Do Alaskans know it’s there? Because they certainly don’t use it.

Sounds about right. She has it cushy now.

I know that Palin endorsed on the Senate race looking for someone who could win, but I don’t recall her endorsing Meg Whitman, do you have a link?

Palin also gave us our only Senate seat pickup in 2012, and Ted Cruz, among others

Next time you get to waste the five minutes for researching it yourself.

From the Christian Science Monitor:

Palin recorded a call praising Fiorina as a “common-sense conservative” in the lead-up to the California primary, and Fiorina campaign manager Marty Wilson said mailers alerting voters of Palin’s endorsement helped propel Fiorina to a 13-point lead in just a day. Happy now? And just what did Sarah get for this groveling to the GOPe? Whitman treated her like she was toxic.

Read your post again, both my question that you quoted and the strange answer you gave.

I did. I answered the question you asked per the contention to which you replied. Palin is a closet GOPe.

I know that Palin endorsed on the Senate race looking for someone who could win,

You don't "know" that, you accept it. It's how we got Schwarzenegger and turned California deep blue when we could have had McClintock.

Repeat the RINO mantra until done.

Can you end your crazy ranting against the woman who gave us Ted Cruz long enough to give evidence of your claim that Palin endorsed Meg Whitman for governor?

Sarah Palin's 'Mama Grizzlies'

Palin campaigned in California for all Republicans. She specifically did not mention Whitman by name because Whitman's people had asked her not to do so, fearing the backlash among "moderates," thinking "she can win" that way. When questioned about Palin's support, here is what Whitman she supplied the typical RINO cowardly reply, "I want everyone on my side."

So, yes, Palin was backing Whitman and got what she deserved for it. If you distinguish that from a formal endorsement, it is a distinction without a difference.

LOL, so you are not only hysterical, but a bald faced liar.

You lied about Palin endorsing Meg Whitman.

You continue to lie as you link to threads that have nothing to do with your claim.

Get a grip on yourself.

Guy, you are completely lying about Governor Palin’s endorsement. Yes - she endorsed Fiorina, but NEVER did she endorse Whitman. She had no interest of ever supporting Whitman and trying to say that she did is nothing more than a lie. Dislike her all you want, but don’t be dishonest.

Kudos to you for pointing out his gigantic lie. I followed every one of her endorsements and she never supported Whitman. But, hey, this fellow has inside knowledge.
