ST. LOUIS (KMOX) St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay has requested 400 members of the National Guard to help in the city after the grand jurys decision is announced in the Michael Brown case.
He has also agreed to some of the Dont Shoot Coalitions proposed rules of engagement.
In a letter to the St. Louis Board of Aldermen and the Public Safety Committee, the mayor said he considers rules of engagement a military term, and would prefer to call them rules of conduct.
He has agreed to let protesters occupy public spaces and even be disruptive but not violent.
Like blocking the street or blocking a sidewalk for a specific period of time, Slay told KMOX.
He also agreed not to shut down safe houses where protesters meet to strategize....

Now that’s what I call doubling down on stupid.
If I recall the rules of engagement the idiots are calling for involve the police not wearing armor and allowing protesters to throw things.
Think I’d be looking for another job if I were a cop.
Wow a public official giving in to thugs.
Congress vote to not fund any damage done in St. Louis by anarchists - they are on their own - repair their own damage - no taxpayer relief.
Good!
Lets be sure and publish the MAYOR’s and ALL of his family’s addresses all over the place so they can be “down with the shhtruggle” nice and proper
And they seriously wonder why everybody is fleeing St. Louis.
The cops should just walk.
Downright frightening. With “rules” like these, a very small minority could take over the entire country.
This looks like a test case for doing exactly that.
Or am I going overboard?
The mayor is effectively telling them to be easy targets and let it happen.
The mayor, who is in charge of the police, is negotiating with people that have no control over anybody. Rules of conduct will be about as useful as a football bat.
Supporters of Raila Odinga(BARAK OBAMAS FIRST COUSIN), the leading presidential challenger, rallied in Kibera, a slum near Nairobi.(According to the NY Times, this is a "rally")
Mr. Odingas (BARAK OBAMAS FIRST COUSIN, WHO HE CAMPAIGNED IN KENYA FOR)followers tried to march from Kibera to Nairobi.

Odinga supporters riot in December 2007(ODINGA IS BARAK OBMAMS FIRST COUSIN, OBAMA CAMPAIGNED FOR HIM IN KENYA IN 2006)
Someone begins to start a National “You Loot, We Shoot” exchange on BookFace to counter, and warn these assholes that we the people are ready for their communist ass.
OT: Its amazing how well Obola moved Ferguson to the back-burner with his announcement tomorrow.
...”a public official giving in to thugs”....
Nah...it’s more about ‘parental’ authority attempting to deal with ‘out of control children’ they need to calm down and “teach” how to state their issues and reason through in a civilized manner.
Currently there is no systematic accountability in the black culture as is in other cultures in the US....it is well known that is needed for them to ever rise above their violent nature.
They all know they have to ‘show’ they aren’t the animals their other members have so often and do show. They don’t know How to be otherwise. There has to be a starting point where the thugs understand what King showed them, in part. Which they continue to need help learning.
This is about teaching them ......
Mongoloid, he was a mongoloid
Happier than you and me
Mongoloid, he was a mongoloid
And it determined what he could see
Mongoloid, he was a mongoloid
One chromosome, too many
Mongoloid, he was a mongoloid
And it determined what he could see
And he wore a hat
And he had a job
And he brought home the bacon
So that no one knew
That he was a mongoloid, mongoloid
His friends were unaware
Mongoloid, he was a mongoloid
Nobody even cared
Mongoloid, he was a mongoloid
One chromosome, too many
Mongoloid, he was a mongoloid
And it determined what he could see
And he wore a hat
And he had a job
And he brought home the bacon
So that no one knew
