“A monarch, however, does not compromise. As Alexander Hamilton explains in Federalist 69, a monarch decrees, dictates, and rules through fiat power, which is what President Obama is attempting.”

Federalist 69. Might as well be talking Chinese to the morons at Politico.

Cruz is level headed.
At least somebody is talking strategy.

As for me, I can only think impeachment and other things that would get me banned from posting here.

Here’s what the Regime has been saying to all of us since the beginning of their reign—and I’m surprised no pundits have put it to them in this manner:

“Look, the continued r@pe of the American people by the Regime is inevitable. And if you’re not going to bend over and take it up the &ss like we tell you, and if you aren’t going to just lean back and enjoy the inevitable r@pe like we tell you, then it’s all your fault. We gave you the chance and you refused to cooperate.”

This is the game for each and every unconstitutional act by the Clinton/Obama cabal, and no republican leader or pundit has the balls to call them on it, as far as I can tell. It’s violent r@pe against the American people and the constitution, and we have the absolute duty to fight it (and all the unlawful Clinton/Obama acts) with every possible constitutional action available.

How do we make this happen? Realistically.

The people?

Spontaneous rallies in mass numbers to show support to wishy-washy legislatures.

Businesses asking for ID and refusing services to those without IDs and no English skills.

Cloward-Piven everyday commerce. Make the police have to go store-to-store to force shop-owners to sell their products to those who complain.

The states?

They need to see support to motivate them to act. It's tough to be the first head on the chopping block. But once one state steps up, many others will follow.

Texas? Arizona? Mississippi? Arkansas? South Carolina? Tennessee? Wyoming?

It will take a while before the illegals get Obama's so-called documentation. States need to act before these documents get issued. Pass a simple law stating that they will comply with legitimate Congressional laws. Demand social security numbers from EVERYONE for ANYTHING. Without a SSN, no service.

Force the conflict with the Feds. Let's see if Obama is willing to roll in the armor. Instead of fire houses at school houses, it will be Obama armed soldiers from TSA, NOAA, FDA, IRS, and BLM against everyday Americans in our own states.

As Alexander Hamilton explains in Federalist 69, a monarch decrees, dictates, and rules through fiat power, which is what President Obama is attempting.

Alexander goes on to say, in Federalist 72 ... "There may be conceived circumstances in which the disgust of the people, seconding the thwarted ambition of such a favorite, might occasion greater danger to liberty than could ever reasonably be dreaded from the possibility of a perpetuation in office by the voluntary suffrages of the community exercising a constitutional privilege."

Rick Perry’s time as Governor of Texas is ending. He’s being replaced by another Republican that was just elected in November.

Excerpts from Federalist 46:

Were it admitted, however, that the Federal government may feel an equal disposition with the State governments to extend its power beyond the due limits, the latter would still have the advantage in the means of defeating such encroachments. If an act of a particular State, though unfriendly to the national government, be generally popular in that State and should not too grossly violate the oaths of the State officers, it is executed immediately and, of course, by means on the spot and depending on the State alone. The opposition of the federal government, or the interposition of federal officers, would but inflame the zeal of all parties on the side of the State, and the evil could not be prevented or repaired, if at all, without the employment of means which must always be resorted to with reluctance and difficulty.

On the other hand, should an unwarrantable measure of the federal government be unpopular in particular States, which would seldom fail to be the case, or even a warrantable measure be so, which may sometimes be the case, the means of opposition to it are powerful and at hand. The disquietude of the people; their repugnance and, perhaps, refusal to co-operate with the officers of the Union; the frowns of the executive magistracy of the State; the embarrassments created by legislative devices, which would often be added on such occasions, would oppose, in any State, difficulties not to be despised; would form, in a large State, very serious impediments; and where the sentiments of several adjoining States happened to be in unison, would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.

But ambitious encroachments of the federal government, on the authority of the State governments, would not excite the opposition of a single State, or of a few States only. They would be signals of general alarm. Every government would espouse the common cause. A correspondence would be opened. Plans of resistance would be concerted. One spirit would animate and conduct the whole.

But what degree of madness could ever drive the federal government to such an extremity? In the contest with Great Britain, one part of the empire was employed against the other. The more numerous part invaded the rights of the less numerous part. The attempt was unjust and unwise; but it was not in speculation absolutely chimerical. But what would be the contest in the case we are supposing? Who would be the parties? A few representatives of the people would be opposed to the people themselves; or rather one set of representatives would be contending against thirteen sets of representatives, with the whole body of their common constituents on the side of the latter.

The only refuge left for those who prophesy the downfall of the State governments is the visionary supposition that the federal government may previously accumulate a military force for the projects of ambition. The reasonings contained in these papers must have been employed to little purpose indeed, if it could be necessary now to disprove the reality of this danger. That the people and the States should, for a sufficient period of time, elect an uninterupted succession of men ready to betray both; that the traitors should, throughout this period, uniformly and systematically pursue some fixed plan for the extension of the military establishment; that the governments and the people of the States should silently and patiently behold the gathering storm, and continue to supply the materials, until it should be prepared to burst on their own heads, must appear to every one more like the incoherent dreams of a delirious jealousy, or the misjudged exaggerations of a counterfeit zeal, than like the sober apprehensions of genuine patriotism.

That last post was a rant.

Realistically, the states have to be motivated to defend their own sovereignty at this point.

Anything that Obama wants to do regarding illegal aliens is paid for by the states, and the people in those states.

People could refuse to pay taxes, and the states could defend them in that act of defiance.

The states could refuse to collect taxes on behalf of the federal government, and stop sending taxes to DC.

Andrew Jackson said of the Chief Justice: "He made his ruling, now let him enforce it." The states should say the same to Obama. The states should say that they refuse to cooperate with the federal government. The state should move to stop providing services to federal building within their states. Cut off the electricity, the water, and do other acts of civil disobedience.

But they must do it under the protection of locally passed legislation declaring the federal government out of order via the 9th and 10th amendments, and their edicts null and void within their states.

Okay, another rant...

So you want us to run against an incumbent? Isn’t that how Ford was elected? Why would be want to do that? Obama’s on the ropes... he’s weakened.

I have no idea what you just said. All I said was to call some congressmen and put the heat on.

Ford was never elected to anything besides the House of Representatives.

Obama is not a monarch, but he is a petty tyrant who acts like the monarch he wants to be. I hope he either reforms and watches with relief while his entire legacy is disassembled, or that he remains the bitter petty man he is and watches in disappointment while his entire legacy is disassembled. I’ll be happy either way.

Yes, I know, but Perry is also showing interest in running for president in 2016 and to that end, might want to be the point man even if he’s not acting governor.

OBAMA’S UNCONSTITUTIONAL AMNESTY TO MIGRANTS THAT ARE LIVING ILLEGALLY IN THE U.S.A.

After destroying the best health care system in the world, Obama is determined to grant wide amnesty to foreigners living illegally in U.S. If Obama wants to make the U.S. into another banana republic, it seems he is well underway to reaching his goal.

The Republicans must make it perfectly clear that Obama has declared a merciless war against the American workers and the middle class of America. There are 92 million of able Americans out of the work force because they cannot find employment and Obama wants to legalize and give work permits to over 11 million illegal aliens allowing them to bring here the rest of their families. In other words, another 25 or 30 million that either will compete with Americans and legal immigrants searching for scarce jobs or are going to be added to welfare, bankrupting Medicaid and the food stamp system as well as ruining even more the quality of the public schools with the massive infuse of hundreds of thousands of children without speaking English to already overburdened schools systems.

we can hire a lawyer to apply to the Supreme court for an emergency injunction to stop this unconstitutional executive amnesty order. or we can get one of our state attorney generals to do it as in the Texas state attorney general
