There is much reprehensible about Bush and his presidency but he die not lie. He is an honest man with a seriously and thus nationally destructive deficient knowledge of economics.
I agree, though I’m not sure I’d characterize my disagreements as reprehensible. Not even at the time. I’m not swayed by six years of reprehensible, in some cases evil. I do think he had the nations best interests at heart, even when he was, imo, wrong.
