House Oversight is exceedingly limited in its legal authority. It can investigate, expose, and make recommendations, but ultimately serves as a glorified dog and pony show to assure the good American citizens how much they care about integrity, truth, and bang-for-the buck while Lois Lerner types use the teeth of government to rob and pilfer citizens of word and substance.
