He has admitted to fraud, lying, and deciet.(sic)

From what I understand, he only advised the president to commit fraud, lie, and deceive. He was correct that the average voter is stupid. He merely told the president to rely on that stupidity if he wanted to get that garbage bill passed. The president is the one who committed the fraud, lying, and deceit.

Exactly my point.

People shouldn’t get to fixated on the idea of punishing Gruber, he didn’t do anything illegal. The real question is why should the democrats who actively conspired to perpetrate this fraud against the American people get away with it.

He was only correct that DEMOCRAT voters were stupid; they were the ones whose deception led to the passage of the bill. The ACA received zero Republican votes, who apparently weren’t deceived. So when Gruber said “call it the stupidity of the American voter” he was talking about Democrat voters.

Yep, Gruber came clean, though not within non-ignorance of knowing that in the US, privacy has been long shot in the @$$.
