If there’s going to be trouble,let the weather be as rotten as possible.I’ve got the clothing and equipment to operate in sub-zero temps.I doubt any rioters are ready for it.
Spray rioters and others there to do criminal acts with fire hoses. It will freeze the streets, sidewalks, and other areas making rioting difficult. At 20° to 35-45°, it will literally chill the violence.
