As the nation waits to hear whether a Missouri police officer will face charges for killing unarmed teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., the FBI is warning law enforcement agencies across the country that the decision will likely lead some extremist protesters to threaten and even attack police officers or federal agents.
Peaceful protesters could be caught in the middle, and electrical facilities or water treatment plants could also become targets. In addition, so-called hacktivists like the group Anonymous could try to launch cyber-attacks against authorities.
The announcement of the grand jurys decision will likely be exploited by some individuals to justify threats and attacks against law enforcement and critical infrastructure, the FBI says in an intelligence bulletin issued in recent days. This also poses a threat to those civilians engaged in lawful or otherwise constitutionally protected activities.
The bulletin stresses the importance of remaining aware of the protections afforded to all U.S. persons exercising their First Amendment rights of freedom of speech and freedom of assembly.
Still, the bulletins conclusions were blunt: The FBI assesses those infiltrating and exploiting otherwise legitimate public demonstrations with the intent to incite and engage in violence could be armed with bladed weapons or firearms, equipped with tactical gear/gas masks, or bulletproof vests to mitigate law enforcement measures.

I wonder how the FBI knows.....
unarmed teenager Michael Brown
Thanks goodness they got his name right. /s
The violence will start off tepid.
Then the many Feds now lurking just out of town will intervene, actively moderating the city’s reasonable and moderate efforts to safeguard property and lives.
The Feds will be harassing city cops and arresting large numbers of middle-class people trying to protect their stores and their lives.
THEN the activists will see the full scope of protection the Feds are providing, and then some REALLY BAD SH*T will kick-off.
There will be three phases.
It must be an open secret in government circles there will be no indictment.
A rough model will be the LA riots, but then the pants-down set sees the (then) FBI arriving in force, actively arresting all Korean store-owners, shooting at honky car-drivers evading mobs, etc.
So then the rioters get really, really emboldened.
The Feds will ACTIVELY *USE* Ferguson in order to send the REST of America a very clear message.
And during the clean-up the Feds will be OVERFLOWING with gobbledigook about “having to safeguard public safety”, etc, etc, etc.
It will make us all THROW-UP.
Then, the true enemies of the Constitution will be out of the closet, and it will be open season.
Anything short of an immediate public execution is going to result in rioting. The Community Organizer in Chief has a lot invested in this one... something has to happen.
At the minimum, high pressure water hoses, very cold weather, and rioters do not mix well.

Suggestion to all Pension Protection Personnel:
1) Declare $1,000 bounty per rioter/instigator,
2) Withdraw to Dunkin’s,
3) Armed, motivated locals will handle things,
4) Reenter with bounty checks & body bags.
Good analysis.
Lowering expectations - a specialty of the Obama administration......
If nothing happens "spontaneously" no doubt they have backup plans to be sure that something erupts.
Has Obama thought through the public reaction if people are killed? Or is he so confident in the media's ability to manipulate the news that he thinks even that would aid his agenda?
